Clients’ credit card information is not stored on our servers. A SSL connection is used to transfer your card details to the payment gateway. Other than the last four digits of your card number no other details are visible to us.
You will be required to provide your card information to our personnel only if you are placing an order through phone. This information is not written down physically and is entered directly to our payment portal for the transaction to take place. These details are not copied to any other location to maintain security. Do not send your credit card details to us through email, as we do not ask for it. The only times you are required to provide your card details are during the online transaction or when you contact us to place an order.
The details provided to us are not used for any purpose other than completing your order. Neither do we sell out your details nor do we send mass emails to the email addresses submitted during a transaction.
In order to receive our newsletter you need to sign up for it. It is not necessary to subscribe to our newsletter as customers can uncheck the box while placing an order or creating an account.
A call might be placed to you if we need any additional details to complete the order.
Invoices along with the order contents will be mailed to the address provided while placing the order.
In case you have made a mistake while creating your account it can be rectified by editing the details through the option provided. You can also communicate with us through your account if you want us to remove your information from our databases.
If you forget your password, go to the sign in page and after entering your email address click on the ‘forgot password’ link to get an email with the reset link. Do not send us any emails requesting for the link as we do not reply to them, since their authenticity cannot be verified. The email with the link to reset your password might land in your spam or junk mail so ensure checking these folders.

You will not be sent any unwanted emails as the only emails sent are regarding orders you have placed and newsletter if you sign up for it. You might also receive some emails promoting weekly or special offers. If you do not want to receive these promotional emails you can disable the notification in your account settings.
Even though we take 100% care that your information remains secure we cannot guarantee that our databases remain secure. Vulnerabilities in the system are not ignored and action is taken to rectify the breach or error, however we refrain from storing your information to keep your details secure.
